When you place an order we collect your name, phone number(s), delivery address, delivery notes and, if you choose gift wrapping, the names and message on the gift card.

When you write a review we collect the display name, rating and text you submit, and we use your order code and phone number only to confirm that you bought the product. Your phone number and order code are never published.

We use your details only to confirm, prepare and deliver your order, to contact you about it, and to handle returns or questions.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties except the people who deliver your order.

We use PostHog, a product analytics service, to understand how visitors use the site (for example which pages are viewed) so we can improve it. It may set cookies or use local storage in your browser.

We also use coarse location information supplied with website requests (such as country, region and city) to understand where visits come from. We store only daily aggregated counts, not raw IP addresses, and delete these location aggregates after 90 days. These counts represent page views, not identified individuals, and are unavailable when our hosting provider does not supply location information.

Your cart, recently viewed fragrances, language choice and recent order codes are stored in your own browser so they are there when you return. You can clear them at any time by clearing your browser data.

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide the service, handle returns and meet accounting obligations, and then delete or anonymise them.
