Terms of Service

An order is a request to buy. It becomes confirmed when our team calls you and confirms the items, price and delivery address. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we cannot reach you.

Prices are shown in Ethiopian Birr (ETB). The delivery fee, if any, is shown in your cart before you order. Payment is made in cash to the courier when your order is delivered — we do not take online payments.

We deliver across Addis Ababa and to major cities. Delivery times given during the confirmation call are estimates. Please make sure someone is available at the address and phone number you provided.

We describe our fragrances as accurately as we can. Notes, longevity and projection are guides — perfume wears differently on every skin and in every climate. Bottle illustrations on the site are artistic representations.

Reviews can only be written by customers whose order was delivered. We moderate reviews before they appear and may decline content that is abusive, off-topic or contains personal information.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
